Mary + Yamen – Willamette Valley Vineyards Wedding

It’s been awhile since I’ve posted images! This is by far my busiest time of year, I’ve been super busy out shooting weddings and portraits. If you were hoping to have your senior photos done before the rainy weather sets in, contact me soon! August is completely booked, and I only have 3 sessions available in September.

Here are a few photos from Mary & Yamen’s adorable multi-cultural wedding at Willamette Valley Vineyards. Yamen read his vows in English, Mary read hers in Arabic, Mary’s uncle gave a Native American wedding blessing, and her sister’s Irish dance group performed at the reception. I’m sure I’m missing something else that was in there! :)

Gina - I love your style, your photographs are gorgeous and you edit beautifully.. I come by here from time to time.

I was wondering if you used studio-type lighting on the reception pictures here (it looks like it – only because it is well lit) but then again looks so natural. I do portrait photography, but am attempting to do a free wedding for a friend who cannot afford a pro photographer and am really curious how to go about reception lighting… Any suggestions or is this privy?

Also do you use portable studio lights on any of the outdoor stuff I’ve seen??

Thanks!
